Q) I was suppose to get my food stamps on the 4th, and here it is the 5th and there still not on the card yet, what is wrong with it? I live in Beaver Dam Ky 42320. Please see if you can fix the problem. We are out of food and getting hungry.

A) It may be possible that their may be a  (EBT) system failure. It’s best you call your local benefits office to get answers as to why your benefits are delayed.
