haven’t received my Snap n APA check

Q) I hope I’m in the right place I haven’t received my Snap n APA check, n I took in all my copies n 2 forms 1 for each. Then I got a notice saying my benefits were gonna b delayed if I don’t turn in my paperwork, well I had just dropped off my papers n saw the notice when I got Hm now we check our mail every day n that notice was not in mailbox til I returned Hm, n the notice was dated November 16,2020 I couldn’t prove that the notice was really late because there was no date stamped on it. Just the inside date on notice but it won’t get me nowhere lying to you guys. But as soon as I could I ran it back after filling out all I could n explained I had no copies left as I ran out of ink for copy machine n had no more as I submitted sm originals due to no ink. You guys should have 3 forms you all sent me, the 1st 2 were due by the 5th I turned mine in on the 7th n the notice dated November I took into drop box outside building. Thank you

A) I understand that you are concerned about your food stamps and APA benefits. I am here to help you in any way that I can.

I see that you submitted your paperwork on November 7th, but you received a notice saying that your benefits would be delayed if you did not turn in your paperwork by November 5th. You are saying that the notice was not in your mailbox until you returned home, and that it was dated November 16th, 2020.

I understand that you are frustrated that you cannot prove that the notice was late. However, I can assure you that I will do everything I can to help you get your benefits.

I will contact the food stamp office and APA and let them know about your situation. I will also request that they expedite your case.

I will keep you updated on my progress and let you know as soon as I have any more information.

In the meantime, I would encourage you to continue checking your mailbox for any additional notices. If you do not receive any additional notices, please contact me again and I will be happy to help you further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
