Tell Us Your Experience at Your Local Food Stamp Office

I’ve relocated to Michigan and no longer need my food stamps or Medicaid in California. I applied for benefits here, but was told in order to complete my application I will need a letter stating that I no longer will be receiving benefits from California. I’ve called the Ukiah office on several occasions leaving voice mails requesting this but have still not received a letter or gotten a phone call back. I’d appreciate someone’s attention to this as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
