This office is a joke! No one has any idea what they are doing or how to do it! They put my family on a repayment plan after screwing up my case for 6 months and we started paying that and now they are taking our tax refund because they didn’t apply the money that we have been paying every month to what we owed. Too stupid to do their jobs I guess. This office is crooked!!!!!!!!
