To change your EBT username and password, you will need to contact your state’s EBT customer service department. You can usually find their contact information on the website of your state’s Department of Human Services.
When you call, you will need to provide your name, date of birth, and EBT card number. The customer service representative will be able to help you reset your username and password.
Here are some additional tips for changing your EBT username and password:
Make sure to choose a strong password that is difficult to guess.
Do not use your EBT card number or Social Security number as your password.
Change your password regularly, especially if you think someone else may know it.
Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share them with anyone else, even friends or family members.
