A) Hello Kevin, I understand that you are having trouble setting up your EBT account. I am happy to help you with this.

There are a few things that could be causing the problem. One possibility is that you did not receive an application to get this done. If this is the case, you can request an application online or by calling the Kansas Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Another possibility is that your account information has changed since the last time you renewed your account. If this is the case, you will need to update your information before you can set up your EBT account.

Finally, it is also possible that there is a problem with the EBT system itself. If this is the case, you can try again later or contact DCF for assistance.

Here are the steps on how to set up your EBT account online:

  1. Go to the Kansas Department of Children and Families (DCF) website.
  2. Click on the “EBT” tab.
  3. Click on the “Apply for EBT” link.
  4. Fill out the application form.
  5. Submit the application form.

Here are the steps on how to set up your EBT account by phone:

  1. Call the Kansas Department of Children and Families (DCF) at 1-800-432-5533.
  2. Tell the customer service representative that you would like to set up an EBT account.
  3. Provide the customer service representative with your information.
  4. Follow the instructions of the customer service representative.

If you are still having trouble setting up your EBT account, you can contact DCF for assistance. You can contact DCF by phone at 1-800-432-5533 or online at DCF.ks.gov.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you,
