  1. I mailed in my every 4 months renewal application not once but twice to Jonesboro ar Department of Health. The end of last year and when they mail you a renewal application a person fills it out, then mails it back to them, and then a Department of Health worker will mail you a phone interview date so they can call you and interview you to continue furthering your ebt elibilty. So when I didn’t receive another letter stating the Date and Time of my interview on the phone from them after a week, I called the Jonesboro office and asked if they received my application, the lady said No but due to Thanksgiving being a holiday I would give it a few days I mailed it a week before Thanksgiving, anyways a week later I still have not received nothing so again I called up there and asked them if they received my application yet. Told them I had called before asking the same ? And what the worker had said, the lady go No we haven’t gotten it, and she said I had til the 15th of December to have it turned it that she couldn’t control the mail, okay I know that. I asked for her to please mail me another renewal form and I didn’t get one still, it should take 2 days at most to get the mail from Jonesboro to where I live. So I call again and tell the lady this whole story and asked to please mail me a renewal letter that I didn’t want to not get my benefits due to them not receiving my renewal form if benifits she said that I will be fine she would take note I have been calling the office keeping in touch with them about my renewal letter. Well today I call after mailing my renewal again the lady said my case has been closed and I would have to reapply. That I didn’t sign my application. WHAT. I MEAN I AM BEYOND ANNOYED WITH JONESBORO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WORKERS YOU PEOPLE ARE BIT THERE JUST TO GET A PAYCHECK. IT SEEMS TO ME, BC OF HOW YOU ACT ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON WITH PEOPLE.
