I have tried to call and only got to speak to someone 2 weeks ago. Explained that I just started a job and couldn’t do an 8am interview, I could afternoons. I also explained that my case should have been expedited since my income was $400 (before taxes)for Oct. She tried to forward my call and I was hung up on because no agents were available. I have not be able to get through to reach anyone, was put on hold for over 2 hours at 1 point. I have readched out to ever ph#. I even called 561-*** 0155 who is suppose resolve fs issues, but her mailbox is full.I never did get a call this am! Help, I am desperate.My ph# is 270-***-1892.
