I was Homeless and I got luck this year, 2023. I remember I was told that when I’d get my own place, I’d get am extra $150 on my SNAP card. I did try to get my Case Manager to Help me out but she didn’t. I’m Handicap and need extra Help. I was living at Pacific Garden Mission. Chgo.IL.60607 for five year’s and only lasted One Year at This Nursing Home, Fargo Health Care Center but returned as I call a case manager from PGM. Please Read this As I Really Need The Help.
