Q) How do I report my food stamp card lost/stolen & I need to change my address on my food stamp card and I can’t remember my pin number & my 16 digit card number? Can you please help me with these few questions?
A) If your Food Stamp Card is lost or stolen you need to Contact your EBT Card customer service as soon as possible and report your lost or stolen card. If you need to change your address or you are planning to move, you need to notify your local office of your new address. You may also call your State’s EBT Customer Service Number. IF you fail to notify your local office of your new address you may lose your benefits. To get your Card Pin Number and other EBT Card information please contact your local EBT Customer Service.
