A) To fill out the SAR 7 online, you will need to create an account on the Your Benefits Now (YBN) website. Once you have created an account, you will be able to complete the SAR 7 report and get a confirmation number. Check to see if your SAR 7 Report is Complete, Incomplete, or Not Received. Apply online for CalWORKs, CalFresh, and Medi-Cal. View your benefits and print notices of action.
