I was at the store, they charged my card and cancelled. .. listened to the history it says the 2 transaction charged.

Q) I was at Walmart last night there was a problem I already ran my card and it approved.. there was still a balance and we were trying to figure out what items did not ring up under food so the lady cancelled my whole transaction and told me it wouldn’t charge my card but it did. I called and listened to the history on my card and it says the 2 transaction. I have been trying to call but cant get a live person to speak with. Who can I contact to help me figure this out.

A) You may need to go back to the Walmart store and request that the funds be placed back on your card.

  1. I received a voicemail Monday, informing me that I would have a food stamp phone interview Wednesday April 22, 2020. Waited around all day and no one called. This system is so ridiculous, not that I can ever get assistance, but in the midst of this pandemic the lack of assistance is extremely alarming! I’ve been out of work since the beginning of March and have been applying since. I filed a complaint the week prior and then I suddenly got that voicemail about an appointment, but the office never called. How is a government funded division so unorganized?
