Q) I was at Walmart last night there was a problem I already ran my card and it approved.. there was still a balance and we were trying to figure out what items did not ring up under food so the lady cancelled my whole transaction and told me it wouldn’t charge my card but it did. I called and listened to the history on my card and it says the 2 transaction. I have been trying to call but cant get a live person to speak with. Who can I contact to help me figure this out.

- Contact your credit card company. They may be able to help you dispute the charge.
- Go back to the Walmart store where you made the purchase. Talk to the manager and see if they can help you.
